Bits Tailor at the Movember launch party in Paris

Remember last November, you might have seen friends sharing their hair adventure on social networks throughout the month by posting pictures of their mustache growing day after day or maybe you were one of them? Well, here we are for a new mo adventure! Gentlemen, say goodbye to the mustache you have pampered every morning in the mirror. It’s time to shave like a new born for the new Movember mustache and this is for a good cause!

This initiative, launched by the Movember Foundation 11 years ago aims to change the face of men's health by raising awareness about prostate and testicular cancers and by collecting donations for its programs through the involvement of everyone, Mo Bros (men) and Mo Sistas (women). Yes, women can also participate in the campaign, not by growing their mustache but by supporting the Mo Bros who started the adventure, by raising awareness about this cause and by collecting donations. To learn more about the Foundation please visit its website.

A launch party has been organised in Paris on October 7th at L’Atelier des Artistes to start the Movember 2014 campaign and Bits Tailor was there! Dressed with the Moostache bow tie freshly 3D printed a few minutes earlier and personalized with the "Mo Bro" inscription, the Movember Team 14 welcome us.

Our 3D printer allows us to print prototypes and test our designs before we propose them to you. Feel free to register on our Instagram to see our regular testing, prototypes and new models in preview.

The party started with a brief history on the key information about Movember: how to participate in the campaign? how to collect funds? how the movement has spread around the world in 11 years? etc... And we were privileged to have one of the founding members of the Movement present in the room!

Then, we were invited to join the basement of L’Atelier des Artistes where a DJ, a barbershop and a Nail Bar were there to take care of the future Mo Bros and Mo Sistas happy in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere .

This party was all about smiles, exchanges and good mood.

Some people expressed real love to the Barbers.

Don’t hesitate to discover this original and unique place, it really deserves your attention for a drink, a good meal or a great night.

PS: For those who had followed our previous post "Bits Tailor at the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride", as you may have noticed, we had to rename our model Moostache (formerly known as Movember) and remove our affiliation with the Movember Foundation. Indeed, after several discussions with the Movember Foundation, they prefer to keep the Mo-Bros and Mo Sistas focused on the growth of a mustache.

Visit now the Movember website to start your Movember adventure and support the cause of men's health.
